I am not sure about my frame size. How do I get my perfect fit?
There are three different frame sizes available at microstyle.com: small, medium and large. Size of your eyeglasses depend on your face size and the distance between your eyes. For a better understanding of your frame size, please check our Buying tools guide. If you are still unsure, you can choose the medium size.
What if I have ordered the wrong type of lens for my eyes?
It is completely our responsibility to deliver the best and accurate lenses to you. We have a technique known as QC which is a quick check to ensure if the lenses provided to you are of upgraded quality or not. There are in total 10 types of lenses and frames delivered after the checking process. Even after QC, if your receive incorrect lenses then contact us through a call at: 91470 05098 or mail us at support@microstyle.com.
What are the types of eye powers available with microstyle.com?

I don’t have my prescription.What should I do?
You don’t have to necessarily have a prescription. If you don’t have a prescription right at this moment, just choose the just place the order and after placing the order submit your power within the 7 days of post billing. What is the GST charged with each purchase?
As per the GST Act, eyeglasses come in slab of 12% GST and sunglass come in slab of 18% GST and all the international brands, contact lens, solutions come with included GST. if you want to buy lenses for your frame then GST will be 12% in store.
What type of lenses do you have?
The current market price of anti-glare lenses with complete glasses is around Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 2500/- that too without blue cut coating. microstyle.com have come up with the best deals and discounts on the blue cut coating lenses priced at 2 eyeglasses starting from 1399/- + GST. How many days will you take to prepare my eyeglasses?
We are the fastest delivery eyewear company in the market with a promised delivery as fast as 2-4 business days for single vision glasses.
The delivery time slots are as follows:
Single vision glasses – 2 to 4 business days
Progressive glasses – 5 to 8 business days
Contact lenses – 3 to 5 business days

What is the company’s return policy if I do not like the product?
You can return the product within 20 days of receiving the product. However, please ensure to return the product in the same condition as when delivered to you. We strictly DO NOT accept broken, tampered, dented, scratched, cracked, used or products in any compromised conditions for return.
What is wallet and Refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied or uncomfortable with the product, you can opt for returning our product. After choosing the return option, you will get 2 choices:
- Wallet – Once you click on refund in wallet, the amount will be immediately credited in your microstyle wallet and you can browse and buy from the website later on.
- Refund in Account – Once you click on refund in account, your money will be credited to your personal account within 7 to 10 business days.
What is cancelation and refund policy against cancelation?
If you wish to cancel the order you have placed, you have to do so within 24 hours from placing the order. Your money will be refunded post cancelation within 7 to 10 business days.
